It can be charged electrically. Add hot water and you get steam. My cat likes it. If your pet sheds a lot, you can definitely consider this. Delivery was slow.

Honestly, I didn't really believe it would work, but it does. You have to let a layer of hair build up on the brush so you can remove it easily. It leaves my pets' coats soft, and it's much less stressful than bathing them.
